From December 8 to December 14, 2018, A scholarship visit was led by a team of Driector, Prof Chen-Chung Chen f visit the Bali Psychiatry Hospital, Indonesia and met the trainees who came to Taiwan for training past year. This year, a project team led by Dr. Chen-Chung Chen’ visited Indonesia again from October 20 to October 26, and went to visit the National Narcotics Board of ROI, and Balai Besar Rehabilitasi BNN Lido, located in the city of Mako, south Jakarta. This is the first time connection with a national-level anti-drug unit. BNN Headquarters in Jakarta arranged staffs to Yogyakarta and Surabaya to accompany our visit team during the visit. At the same time, the leader of the local BNN branch also attended the meeting and had meaningful communication with us. In Yogyakarta, we also visited Grhasia Mental State Hospital and Bina Laras Social Rehabilitation Center and Dr. Radiman Wediodningrat mental state hospital in Surabaya. We contacted with trainees who had come to Taiwan for training and returned back to apply for work. It is important to understand how they applied and what they have learned at work. We expect more cooperation opportunities provided by the project in the future.
